Do scholarships apply to RSB students?
No, scholarships only apply to RU (River University) students that are attending at our local campus in Tampa, Florida. The cost to enroll is a discounted rate of $150, and a monthly subscription of $15.
Can I receive a degree after completing RSB?
At the end of the courses, you will receive a certificate of completion. RSB is not a degree program. Our certificate program will help give you a firm foundation in what we believe is necessary to help prepare you for Christian service. It does not, however, give you a qualification or a calling into full time Christian ministry. Once a student completes all 9 terms, they will receive a "Certificate of Completion" from the River School of the Bible.
Can a husband and wife enroll together?
A couple can enroll together, but they must each have their own separate accounts. There is no couples discount rate. You can learn more about this by contacting the RSB Administrator.
Do we need to buy any books?
Yes, once you enroll you will have a list of books for each course. We will provide you a list upon enrollment, which will include several online resources that can be downloaded for free and links for easy purchasing.
It is our goal in RSB, to not only enhance your walk with the Lord, and capability of Christian service, but also to help build an extensive Christian library, as ministers in training. (Luke 14:28)
How long does it take to complete the course?
The uniqueness of the program is that the student can start at any time and can work completely at their own pace. We highly recommend that you do not rush through the material. It is not designed as a quick way to obtain a certificate but rather as a tool to help you in your walk with God. It is recommended that you take approximately 1 month per course but the pace is student-driven.The course curriculum is designed to take you deeper into the Word of God, so take your time looking up Scripture, meditating on the Word, and being a doer of the Word rather than just a listener.
How much does it cost to enroll in RSB?
It is normally a one-time fee of $295 plus a $30/month subscription. However, during the Stand, the rate is only $150 to enroll and $15/month per person.
Will RSB qualify me for Licensing and Ordination for ministry?
Revival Ministries International provides licensing, ordination, and church affiliation through RMIMA (Revival Ministries International Ministerial Association). This is separate from RSB. While the completion of RSB provides you with a certification of completion–which is something that could be added to your application process to show your educational background–licensing with RMIMA is a completely separate process, namely for those who are in full-time ministry.
RMIMA looks at schooling that you have had, your calling, the length of service in ministry within your local church, recommendations from your pastors and others, and so on. Attending RSB is not a guaranteed way to attain licensing or ordination, but your schooling can be added to your RMIMA application
Can I transfer my credits from RSB to RU upon completion?
The courses between RSB and RU are not interchangeable. These 2 schools have completely different curricula, and the classes that are offered at RU can only be taken on campus. There may be some classes that are similar, but there are many RU classes that do not exist in an online version. Additionally, RSB is not accredited, so the courses provided through RSB cannot be transferred or used at an accredited institution like RU.

Will there be more courses added?
Yes! More courses will be added in the future as the necessary curriculum is completed. This is a long process that requires thorough study and review to ensure the best possible courses are prepared for all those attending River School of the Bible.
